HOLIDAY 2023
Information for students of AGH and other Universities
All applications submitted till the 18 of June by students of the AGH UST and other Universities regarding accommodation in duty dormitories at AGH UST Student Campus for the summer holiday period has been considered.
Applications submitted after this date will be considered successively, subject to the availability of vacancies.
Check- in for students who are not residents of the AGH Student Campus will be possible:
- from the 6th of July for AGH students
- from the 20th of July for student of other Universities.
Students who are not residents of the AGH Student Campus check-in accordance with the assigned dormitory. Detailed information can be found in the system of central allocation of places.
Regarding to the need to perform urgent technical work, Dorm14 KAPITOL must be closed during the summer, after the end of the examination session.
As a result of a lot off "summer applications", more student dormitories will be open - Dorm 3 AKROPOL and Dorm 4 FILUTEK.
Additional, for the period of the examination session, some students will be accommodated in Dorm 1 OLIMP, Dorm 2 BABILON and Dorm 5 STRUMYK.
After the end of the examination session, the current residents of Dorm 7 ZAŚCIANEK and Dorm 14 KAPITOL will be rehoused to summer dormitories according to the following schedule:

According to the above schedule, current AGH Student Campus residents who have received a place for vacation, may stay in the current dormitory, until the day of re-accommodation (without having to check out!).
Check-in takes place from 8:00 to 15:00 on working days.
The payment for the stay should be paid in advance for a given month, by bank transfer to the assigned, after cheking in bank account number, by the 15th day of each month.
You should go to the assigned dormitory to be accommodated with a valid student ID, or other identity document and a photograph (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm).
Change of the dormitory is possible only via the on line aplication dorm exchange, which is available in the system https://akademik.agh.edu.pl/en
Students who applied for a place in the dormitory only for the duration of the examination session cannot take advantage of the "dorm exchange", because after the examination session most dormitories will be closed due to summer.
Note: Transfer to the duty dormitory is possible after checking out from the home dorm.
