Information for students of AGH and other Universities
All applications submitted by students of the AGH University and other Universities regarding accommodation in duty dormitories at AGH University Student Campus for the European Games period has been approved.
We would like to remind you that the current AGH University Student Campus residents who do not stay in dorms for the duration of the European Games can continue their accommodation in accordance with their allocation of places: AGH University students until June 7th, and students of other Universities until May 31st. We encourage students to move out immediately after the end of classes in order to free up places for students who have been allocated places for the European Games.
The rehousing of the current residents of the AGH University Student Campus to the duty dormitories will take place on 5 – 7 th June. For interested - relocation will be possible from May 30, as places in dormitories become vacant.
Relocation will be possible according to the following schedule:

To Dorm 3 AKROPOL
- from Dorm15 – 5th June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested
- from Dorm16 – 6th June and 31th of May – 1st of June - for interested
- from Dorm17 – 7th of June and 1st and 2nd of June – for interested -
To Dorm 7 ZAŚCIANEK
- from Dorm4 – 5th June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested
- from Dorm5 – 5th June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested
- from Dorm11 – 7th of June and 1st and 2nd of June – for interested -
To Dorm 8 STOKROTKA
- from Dorm6 – 6th June and 1st and 2nd of June – for interested
- from Dorm9 – 7th June and 1st and 2nd of June – for interested -
To Dorm 14 KAPITOL
- from Dorm2 – 5 – 6 th June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested -
To Dorm ALFA
- from Dorm1 – 6 - 7th June and 1st and 2nd of June – for interested
- from Dorm12 – 5th June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested
- from Dorm13 – 5th of June and 30 – 31th of May – for interested
Check-in takes place from 8:00 to 15:00 on working days.
Due to the limited number of free places, persons willing to relocate between 30th May and 2nd June should give this information at the reception or at the administration of their current dormitory.
The payment for the stay should be paid in advance for a given month, by bank transfer to the assigned, after cheking in bank account number, by the 15th day of each month.
You should go to the assigned dormitory to be accommodated with a valid student ID, or other identity document and a photograph (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm).
Current residents of Dorm 3 AKROPOL, Dorm 7 ZAŚCIANEK, Dorm 8 STOKROTKA, Dorm 14 KAPITOL, Dorm 18 ODYSEJA, Dorm 19 APOLLO and Dorm ALFA, who have submitted European Games applications remain in their home dorm.
Note: Transfer to the duty dormitory is possible after checking out from the home dorm.
Special note: According to the above schedule, current AGH University Student Campus residents who have received a place for European Games, may stay in the current dormitory, until the day of re-accommodation (without having to check out!).
