Information for students of AGH and other Universities
All applications submitted by students of the AGH UST and other Universities regarding accommodation in duty dormitories at AGH UST Student Campus for the summer holiday period has been approved.
The rehousing of the current residents of the AGH UST Student Campus to the duty dormitories will take place according to the following schedule:

To Dorm 1 OLIMP
- from Dorm 9 - 13th of July
- from Dorm 11 - 12th of July -
To Dorm 3 AKROPOL
- from Dorm 14 - 13th and 14th of July
- from Dorm 17 - 12th of July -
To Dorm 8 STOKROTKA
- from Dorm 4 - 11th of July
- from Dorm 7 - 14th of July -
To Dorm 13 STRASZNY DWÓR
- from Dorm 12 - 12th of July
- from Dorm 15 - 13th of July -
To Dorm ALFA
- from Dorm 16 - 14th and 15th of July
- from Dorm 17 - 13th and 14th of July
Check- in for students who are not residents of the AGH Student Campus will be possible:
- from the 8th of July for AGH students
- from the 14th of July for student of other Universities
Students who are not residents of the AGH Student Campus check-in accordance with the assigned dormitory. Detailed information can be found in the system of central allocation of places.
According to the above schedule, current AGH Student Campus residents who have received a place for vacation, may stay in the current dormitory, until the day of re-accommodation (without having to check out!).
Check-in takes place from 8:00 to 15:00 on working days.
The payment for the stay should be paid in advance for a given month, by bank transfer to the assigned, after cheking in bank account number, by the 15th day of each month.
You should go to the assigned dormitory to be accommodated with a valid student ID, or other identity document and a photograph (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm).
Inhabitants of Dorm2 BABILON, Dorm5 STRUMYK, Dorm6 BRATEK, Dorm18 ODYSEJA, Dorm19 APOLLO and Dorm ALFA, who have submitted holiday applications remain in their home dorm during the holidays.
Change of the dormitory is possible only via the on line aplication dorm exchange, which is available in the system https://akademik.agh.edu.pl/en
Note: Transfer to the duty dormitory is possible after checking out from the home dorm.
