Information on application deadlines for the academic year 2026/2027 for candidates admitted to the first year of studies at AGH University (full-time Bachelor and Master studies) without Polish citizenship
STAGE I
Standard mode
17 July (Friday)
Beginning of submitting electronic applications in the system for a place in a student dormitory, after the announcement of admission results in the e-Rekrutacja system.
Applications will be processed in the order of submission, with priority given to candidates qualified for Joint/Double Degree programmes.
29 July (Wednesday)
Final deadline for submitting electronic applications in the system.
till 31 July (Friday)
Informing students online about decisions on granting a place in a student dormitory.
In the case of a negative decision, it will be possible to submit a new application in the additional mode from 14 September. Applications resubmitted before 14 September will be rejected.
In the case of a positive decision, accommodation in a student dormitory will only be possible after submitting the accommodation declaration in the system, under penalty of losing the place.
Accommodation declaration
15 August - 9 September until 12:00 (CEST)
Deadline for submitting the accommodation declaration in the system under penalty of losing the place.
Applications approved after 9 September, after 12:00 (CEST), do not require submission of the accommodation declaration.
Additional mode
14 September (Monday) - 16 September (Wednesday) until 15:00 (CEST)
Possibility to submit an electronic application in the system for a place in a student dormitory.

Informing students online about decisions on granting a place in a student dormitory.

Appeal mode
Applications will be available only to persons who received a negative decision in the standard and additional modes.

Beginning of accepting electronic applications in the system for a place from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.
21 September (Monday)
Final deadline for submitting electronic applications in the system for a place from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.

Informing students online about decisions on granting a place in a student dormitory from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.
STAGE II
Free sale
Applications for a place in the system may be submitted by international full-time AGH University candidates who did not apply in Stage I or received a negative decision, as well as other international candidates.
24 September (Thursday)
Beginning of accepting applications in the system under free sale.
Note: applications will be processed only if dormitory places are available.
The AGH University Student Campus Administration informs that in case of special circumstances, the above mentioned dates may change. Any changes will be published immediately on the website.
