Information on application deadlines for the academic year 2026/2027 for AGH University exchange programme students without Polish citizenship
STAGE I
Standard mode
31 May (Sunday)
Beginning of submitting electronic applications in the system for a place in a student dormitory.
16 September (Wednesday) until 15:00 (CEST)
Final deadline for submitting electronic applications in the system.
Decisions regarding the allocation of places in student dormitories are provided on an ongoing basis.
In the case of a positive decision, accommodation will only be possible after submitting the accommodation declaration in the system, under penalty of losing the place.
till 17 September (Thursday)
Informing students online about decisions on granting a place in a student dormitory.
Accommodation declaration
15 August - 9 September until 12:00 (CEST)
Deadline for submitting the accommodation declaration in the system under penalty of losing the place.
Applications approved after 9 September after 12:00 (CEST) do not require submission of the accomodation declaration.
Appeal mode
Applications will be available only to persons who received a negative decision in the standard mode.
18 September (Friday)
Beginning of accepting electronic applications in the system for a place from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.
21 September (Monday)
Final deadline for submitting electronic applications in the system for a place from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.
till 23 September
Informing students online about decisions on granting a place in a student dormitory from the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs’ reserve.
STAGE II
Free sale
Applications for a place in the system may be submitted by international full-time AGH University candidates who did not apply in Stage I or received a negative decision, as well as other international students.
24 September (Thursday)
Beginning of accepting applications in the system under free sale.
Note: applications will be processed only if dormitory places are available.
The AGH University Student Campus Administration informs that in case of special circumstances, the above mentioned dates may change. Any changes will be published immediately on the website.
